🧘‍♀️ Online Yoga Class Cancellation & Refund Policy

​At Aytug Medical, we offer flexible online yoga classes designed with your well-being in mind. To ensure fairness to both instructors and fellow participants, we have the following cancellation policy:

• You may cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the class, will result in the session being counted as used and will not be refunded.

• For multi-class packages, you may use remaining credits on any available date within the validity period.

• Cancellations due to medical emergencies may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
