Distance Sales Agreement

(As per Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers in Türkiye)

 

This agreement has been made electronically between the following parties:

2. Buyer / Consumer

The individual who makes an online purchase via www.aytugmedical.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer.”

Subject of the Agreement:

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of services purchased electronically by the Buyer via the Seller’s website.

Service Description:

The service includes medical consultation bookings, online wellness/yoga classes, or related coordination services as specified at the time of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal:

The Buyer has the right to cancel the service within 14 days from the purchase date provided the service has not been started.
If the service is provided within the cancellation window at the Buyer’s request, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Cancellation Policy for Yoga & Online Services:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the session being counted as used.

• Rescheduling is allowed with more than 24 hours' notice, based on availability.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days for eligible cancellations
   

Pricing and Payment:

Service fees are displayed on the website and include VAT, if applicable. Payments are collected through secure online systems.
 

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled under the jurisdiction of Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts located at the Buyer’s place of residence or the Seller’s office.
 

Final Provisions:

By completing the purchase, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms in this Distance Sales Agreement.
 

📅 Effective Date: Automatically effective upon payment confirmation by the Buyer.
